At BELBIE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The item is returned without original packaging.

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.

  • Damage is caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidental breakage.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
